What are their weaknesses and strengths, according to our humble opinion?

Professor John Keating, played by Robin Williams

Strengths: shows and conveys his enthusiasm, motivation and passion

Weaknesses: only caters for excellence, leaving some students clearly behind

Louanne Johnson, played by Michelle Pfeiffer

Louanne Johnson, played by Michelle Pfeiffer in Dangerous Minds (1995)

Strengths: courageous, committed, creates opportunities for all and believes in each and every one of her students.

Weaknesses: too paternalistic at times and not realistic with her student’s expectations and realities.

Merlí Bergeron, played by Francesc Orella

Strengths: raises awareness for critical thinking, encourages students to be honest and coherent.

Weaknesses: too radical at times, extremely sexist and not empathic at all with his peers.

Rita Madsen, played by Mille Dinesen in Rita, Netflix series (2012-2020)

Strengths: cares about her students, caters for all, keeps parents at bay when necessary.

Weaknesses: eccentric, does not respect any rules whatsoever.
